Details of service in war: He qualified for the QSA medal with clasps Cape Colony, Rhodesia, OFS and Transvaal and his KSA with 2 date clasps was issued from the PLH roll. His medals were sent to the Commander, CMF, Victoria on September 28 1906.
Service and life after the Boer War: Returned to Australia after discharge. No information is available as to activities on return other than his Fathers registration of his death 07/08/1914 in the Family bible. The location of his death and burial plot is unknown.
